Run through these simple exercises 10 repetitions each, as many times through as you can comfortably up to 10x.

1. Squat with overhead lift – 10X
2. Push-up – 10X
3. Jumping jacks – 30-60 sec
4. Lateral lunge – 10X
5. Plank – 60 seconds 
6. High knees – 60 sec
7. Bridges – 10X
8. Chair dips – 10X
9. Mountain climbers  – 60 sec
10. Bicycles – 10X
