JOB SUMMARY

NPT Healthworks clinicians’ goal is to treat the whole person, the mind, and the body.  We are a group practice that consists of both physical and mental health therapists.  We are looking to hire a dynamic licensed therapist to provide direct counseling services to children, adolescents, families, and/or adults.   We are seeking a clinician who is passionate, motivated, and devoted to providing the best clinical care.

  • Provide individual, couple, or family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families.
  • Complete a comprehensive clinical assessment and treatment plan for each client, couple, or family.
  • Document session notes in a timely manner
  • Refer clients to both in-office and out-of-office services as needed
  • Establishes relationships with clients through effective email, phone, and in-person communication and follow-up
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with community partners as well as team members
  • Consistently contributes positively to team culture based on company core values
  • Self-motivated and driven to engage in community connections and collaboration to help build client caseload
  • Attends and initiates additional community events such as speaker series and educational opportunities over course of the year
  • Accurately documents and submits monthly reports to the clinical director
  • Engages in continuing education in accordance with RI Licensure requirements and in order to provide the most optimal level of care

 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling
  • Independently licensed in RI
  • Experience counseling children, adolescents, families, and/or adults
  • Experience with evidenced-based treatment approaches
  • Willingness to learn, grow and be an active team member
  • Ability/willingness to see clients both virtually or in person

Staff Physical Therapist

POSITION: STAFF PHYSICAL THERAPIST 

TYPE: FULL TIME/SALARY/EXEMPT/ IN-PERSON

JOB SUMMARY

  • Evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses, and establish treatment plans while working with the client to understand goals 
  • Performs therapeutic interventions with a concentration in manual therapy as well as exercise prescription and home exercise planning 
  • Establishes relationships with clients through effective email, phone, and in-person communication and follow-up 
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with physicians and other community partners as well as team members 
  • Consistently contributes positively to team culture based on company core values
  • Self-motivated and driven to engage in community connections and collaboration to help build client caseload  
  • Attends and initiates additional community events such as road races, speaker series, and educational opportunities over course of the year 
  • Accurately documents and submits monthly reports to the clinical director 
  • Engages in continuing education in accordance with RI Licensure requirements and in order to provide the most optimal level of care

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Rhode Island, or pending licensure 
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with clients and deliver a “WOW” experience 
  • Must have an excellent understanding of NPT HEALTHWORKS Core Values and mission.
