As a result of lack of pliability/flexibility, poor nutrition, inconsistent training or over training athletes have a variety of problems. These problems may include: pain, injury, movement restrictions, many internal diseases, decreased sports performance, and even joint degeneration. Through years of clinical experience and evidence based research, Dr. Dan Hatch created the NPT Release Method program. This program works to improve pliability, reduce pain, reduce the risk of injury, improve sports performance, and reduce joint degeneration. It is simple to understand, implement, and designed for everyone from professional athlete to the coach potato.
