Physical therapy appointments are entirely with a doctor of physical therapy. No assistants, no techs ever used.
Our focus is on you as a person, not only as our client.
We know your time is valuable, so with one-on-one appointments with only our doctors of physical therapy, there is more time dedicated to you allowing for less frequent appointments with more efficient results.
Save time, save money, and get the results you deserve.
We efficiently get you back on the court, out on the fairway, riding the roads, hitting the trails, or wherever your passions take you. Our focus is helping you do the things you enjoy, connecting with the people you love, and enjoying the relationships you value.

Proactive Care:
Many of our clients come to NPT HealthWorks for maintenance and proactive physical therapy. Our practitioners assess biomechanical limitations that often develop through repetitive actions or postures and implement a preventative plan to reduce potential injury and allow you to perform at your optimal level.
Reactive Care:
Whether you need post-surgical rehabilitation, are recovering from an acute pain/injury, have a chronic health condition, etc. we create treatment plans tailored to your specific needs. We have vast experience in treating the whole body including pains in your :
Neck, Back, Knees, Shoulders, Hips, Hands, Feet, Ankles, Elbows, and more.
Our Treatments:
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment used with the goal of releasing hard “knots” within a muscle that may cause pain over a large area, otherwise known as trigger points. The treatment uses solid filament needles inserted through the skin into the muscle to release these trigger points resulting in the deepest/most effective tissue release and allowing for improvements in movement, function, and a decrease in pain. Think a deep, internal massage of a muscle.
Graston Technique® (IASTM)
Graston Technique® effectively address scar tissue and fascial restrictions through instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and various strokes to improve pliability of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles, nerves, bones). This form of treatment is often used to relieve pain, tension, improve flexibility, aiding in sporting activity/life related posture recovery, helping with injury rehabilitation, and improving overall mobility.
Joint Mobilization
Joint Mobilization is a hands-on passive movement technique for musculoskeletal conditions. Unlike stretching of a muscle, joint mobilization is specific to the capsule of the joint. It is used to improve motion, reduce discomfort, and normalize joint function.
Functional Screening
Functional Screens are used to evaluate an individual’s abilities and limitations in regards to movement. The information provided helps a physical therapist develop an individualized program to help you improve your movement and performance, rehabilitate injuries, and prevent new injuries.
Strengthening
Strength training is an important component of most physical therapy programs. As you work to increase range of motion and overall pliability, a personalized strengthening program will strengthen key muscles needed in order for you to move as efficiently as possible.
Stretching
Stretching muscles, tendons, and or connective tissue deliberately and with care improves elasticity, reduces discomfort, improves range of motion, and general feels good. It offers many health benefits including increasing improved blood flow and increased energy levels. It also reduces post-workout soreness, recovery time, and decreases risk of injury.
Pliability Exercises
Pliability exercises focus on keeping muscles flexible, elastic, and adaptable. Flexibility of a joint, it’s range of motion capabilities, depends highly on how pliable the muscles operating the joint are. Pliable muscles (along with stretching and strengthening) allow the joint to move correctly without overloading your tendons or joints.
Note: Our physical therapy services are typically Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) eligible.
