Professional background leading to career in health and wellness: 

I graduated from Middletown High School and attended the College of Charleston before spending seven years as a Behavioral Specialist with Bradley School. I worked for more than eight years as Restaurant Manager with Newport Harbor Corporation, the last few of which have been at their premier property, Castle Hill Inn Hotel. In 2002, I became massage certified at the Amherst School of Massage.

What reasons you are passionate about helping others: 

Helping others may just be the secret to living a life that is not only happier but also healthier, wealthier, more productive, and meaningful.

What do you enjoy in your free time:

In my free time I love to relax at home or be anywhere outside. I love hiking, swimming, kayaking, bicycling, cooking, and yoga.

    My favorite restaurant is Castle Hill in Newport, RI.

    I don’t have a favorite food as I’m just obsessed with basically all food. Healthy foods, baked foods, greasy foods, basic foods, spicy foods, etc….

  • Holiday Spot

    My favorite holiday is Christmas anywhere with the people in my life that I love. Having snow outside and a fire certainly make that place even better.

    I have several hobbies that I enjoy including swimming, hiking, traveling, bicycling, walking, kayaking, yoga, eating, cooking, and lifting weights (light ones of course) 🙂
